Job Description

De Miller is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop growth strategies, and drive revenue performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, building customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
✅ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
✅ Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
✅ Train and mentor sales representatives.
✅ Analyze market trends and recommend improvements.
✅ Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
✔ Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
✔ Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
✔ Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results.
