Job Description

De Miller is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
✅ Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
✅ Provide product/service information to customers.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
✅ Work closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
✅ Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

✔ Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
✔ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is an added advantage.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
✔ Good computer skills and familiarity with customer management tools.
✔ Must be organized, patient, and detail-oriented.
