Video Editor (Full-Time, Remote)

Are you an experienced and creative Video Editor looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established UK company? Property Investors Bureau is a UK-based property membership organisation and the organiser of the Property Investors Awards, the UK’s leading annual awards ceremony celebrating excellence in the property investment industry. We are seeking a talented full-time Video Editor to join our team remotely from Nigeria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Podcast Production – Edit full-length episodes of the Property Investors Awards podcast for our YouTube channel, including intros, outros, chapter markers, captions, and branded graphics
• Short-Form Content – Produce engaging clips and highlight reels from podcast episodes for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Event Video Editing – Edit footage from the Property Investors Awards ceremony into professional highlight reels, award winner profiles, and promotional videos
• Thumbnail and Asset Creation – Design YouTube thumbnails and supporting visual assets consistent with our brand identity
• Brand Consistency – Maintain a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency across all video output

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a professional video editor with a strong portfolio. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience editing podcast or long-form interview content for YouTube
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Competence in After Effects for motion graphics, lower thirds, and animated captions
• Strong understanding of platform-specific formats and best practices across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional editing setup
• Excellent written and spoken English. Clear communication is essential in a remote team.
• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive. Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines consistently.
