SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (SMM) Intern (ONSITE)

This position is open only to applicants residing in YABA.

✅ Requirements:

• A laptop and a high-end smartphone is required for this role).
• Knowledge of vehicles and automotive terminology is required.
• Strong customer service skills. You will be responding to customer enquiries and actively engaging with the online community.
• Teachable, adaptable, and able to follow guidelines for posting, scheduling, and responding to customer enquiries.
• Respect for client confidentiality and adherence to non-disclosure agreements.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and growing accounts organically.
• Creativity, time management, organizational skills, strong communication, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts at once.
• Consistent in maintaining brand voice, tone, and style.
• Must know how to edit videos on CapCut
• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok – including familiarity with platform algorithms and content formats.
• Working knowledge of creating, scheduling, and publishing Reels, Stories, and Posts across Facebook and Instagram.
• Ability to save Drafts on YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and TikTok Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain content from a shared directory and edit videos on CapCut
• Meet and maintain targets for weekly posting schedules
• Manage the brand's social media accounts professionally.
• Create captions and post daily Reels on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Schedule content in advance – including Posts, Stories, and Reels.
• Respond to customer enquiries via comments and Direct Messages (DMs).
• Engage actively with followers to foster community interaction.
• Monitor analytics regularly, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize content and strategy based on data insights.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
